At Larroudé, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges of unworn, pristine items within 21 days of delivery. Please ensure all original packaging, including the dust bag and shoe box, are included to qualify for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original Larroudé packaging and secure them inside a shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our team inspects the return.
